Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at Tampa’s newest Live, Work, Play community. Developed by Bromley Companies this 22 acre neighborhood includes 1.8 million square feet of mixed-use development including retail space, class A office buildings, residential units, hotel, and four acres of public spaces. A central green space, lake, and recreational trail support the walkability and pedestrian experience throughout Midtown Tampa. 

We will meet at the main lobby of Midtown West office building to begin our tour, followed by a tour in the Loft building to see Gresham Smith’s own new post-pandemic flexible and modern office space, ending with light bites and a drink at one of the many fabulous restaurants, to be announced.
