Starting at the Kress Building at 1624 East 7th Avenue,  Darryl Shaw, Ybor City developer and visionary, will provide an overview of his existing and future projects.  Then guests will tour the Kress Building, led by Tempus Projects Director, Tracy Midulla, followed by Neil Gobioff, President of the Tampa Arts Alliance, who will discuss the Artspace Tampa Initiative, a proposed live/work space for artists.  Finally, Amanda Poss, Hillsborough Community College Program Director for the Arts, will lead our group to the nearby HCC Ybor Campus, discussing the arts programming offered there.
